Jay is currently backed by a powerhouse rhythm section that
includes David Hines on bass and Tripp Johnson on Drums.

drums, Steve Jolemore on guitar and George Foster on
bass.)
Recently, Dave Hines vacated the bassist spot which was filled by "Big Al" Stallings
shine through on each track. Once you hear the music clips
it will be easy to see why the Jay Rakes Band is a "must see"- whether
they open for a National Act (like Pat Travers Band /
Yngwie Malmsteen & King's X), or if you are lucky
enough
to get in the door when they play a venue as the
headliner.
